Energy and internet – an award-winning combo
We received top marks in Canstar Blue’s ‘Bundled Utilities’ in the energy and internet category. We won the overall category for Customer Satisfaction receiving five-star ratings for value for money, customer service, ease of sign-up and set up, and bill cost and clarity*.
To find the provider with the most satisfied customers, Canstar Blue surveyed over 400 bill-paying customers around Australia – asking questions about their overall satisfaction with their bundled telco and energy suppliers.
We came out on top – with customers echoing the benefits of bundling their energy services with internet.
How was this judged?

Overall satisfaction: measured consumer satisfaction with a bundled utilities provider as an individual score, not a combined total of all criteria.

Value for money: cost was low for the quality and performance of the plan or service.

Customer service: the bundled utilities provider had multiple service points for customers, e.g. telephone, email, online chat.

Ease of sign-up: the bundled utilities provider had a simple sign-up process.

Plan flexibility: the bundled utilities provider offered the option to customise your plan, or switch between plans as needed.

Network coverage and reliability: the bundled utilities provider offered strong network coverage with a consistent performance and speed.

Online tools and advice: the bundled utilities provider had an app or online account to monitor energy or telco usage, pay bills and manage account information.

Bill and cost clarity: the bundled utilities provider had an easy-to-understand bill.
