Our centralised energy services<\/a> include embedded electricity networks<\/a>, serviced hot water and natural gas for residential high-rise buildings. As these services provide the energy needs for the whole community within the development, it means we can purchase energy in bulk, resulting in competitive rates for the community living in the development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take embedded networks<\/a> as an example. Quite simply, embedded networks<\/a> allow the energy for the development to be aggregated and purchased in bulk from the wholesale electricity market through the \u2018Master Meter\u2019 (also known as \u2018gate\u2019 or \u2018parent\u2019 meters). The community then have access to the competitive electricity rates through their own meter which records individual electricity usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
