{"id":5556,"date":"2019-01-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-25T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.originenergy.com.au\/uncategorised\/soy-poached-salmon-with-noodles-recipe"},"modified":"2023-11-28T11:01:19","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T01:01:19","slug":"soy-poached-salmon-soba-noodles-vegetables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.originenergy.com.au\/blog\/soy-poached-salmon-soba-noodles-vegetables\/","title":{"rendered":"Soy-poached salmon with noodles&nbsp;recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Introduce Asian flavours to your weeknight cooking with this easy, and flavoursome, noodle dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serves: 4 people<br>Prep time: 15 minutes<br>Cooking time: 15 minutes <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>6 cups chicken stock<br>2 tbs soy sauce<br>1 tbs rice vinegar<br>4 x 150g salmon fillet<br>240g soba noodles<br>1 bunch baby bok choy, sliced<br>2 bunches asparagus, sliced<br>200g snow peas, halved<br>2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted in pan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Place stock, soy sauce and vinegar in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and add salmon.<\/li><li>Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Using tongs, transfer salmon to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside before flaking.<\/li><li>Bring poaching liquid to the boil. Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
