This recipe is just the ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serves: 10 people<br>Prep time: 10 minutes<br>Cooking time: 5 minutes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>500g chicken breast fillet, chopped<br>\u00bc cup hoisin sauce<br>2 tbs lime juice<br>1 tbs sesame oil<br>230g can sliced water chestnuts, chopped<br>\u00bc cup chopped fresh coriander leaves<br>2 heads baby cos lettuce, leaves separated<br>1 Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Combine chicken, hoisin sauce, lime juice and sesame oil in a bowl.<\/li><li>Heat barbecue over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes, turning, or until golden and cooked.
