Good news, if the nbn\u2122 connection is already installed at your property, and you\u2019re renting, you won\u2019t need landlord approval to connect! You\u2019ll just need to go through the process of selecting your provider. However, if this isn\u2019t the case, as you don\u2019t own the property, you\u2019ll need consent from the owner to have an nbn\u2122 connection installed. If you\u2019re not in direct contact with your landlord, it\u2019s recommended to get in touch with your property manager or real estate agent to get the go ahead for organising the installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the majority of Australian addresses are now ready to connect to the nbn\u2122, you\u2019ll need to check your address to make sure it\u2019s available.
