Well, technically every day is Earth day seeing that\u2019s where we live (big shoutout to Earth), but April 22 is the day to be especially conscious of how we\u2019re treating the planet. The good news \u00a0it\u2019s easy. One or two small changes from everyone can make a huge difference. Together, we can not only figuratively, but also literally, change the world.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some small changes you can make:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buy yourself a reusable drink bottle and <em>remember <\/em>to bring it with you when you leave the house! (Sometimes this is the hardest part&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Say no to single-use plastics. You can make one-off purchases instead like cute stainless drinking straws in their own handy pouch, lightweight reusable cutlery to keep in your backpack and a glass or porcelain coffee cup for your daily fix.<\/li>\n<li>Remember your reusable shopping bags by keeping a couple of spare ones in the boot of your car.
