Don\u2019t think of it as eating ice cream \u2013 think of it as \u2018internal air con\u2019 for your body.\u00a0 Edible climate control!<\/p>\n<p>It doesn\u2019t have to be unhealthy either. The supermarket freezer section is full of low-sugar, low-fat ice-cream options. You can even buy icy-pole moulds and make DIY versions \u2013 there are plenty of <a href=\"https:\/\/onehandedcooks.com.au\/recipe\/mango-mixed-berry-frozen-yoghurt-sticks\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">healthy recipes<\/a> to try online. Try frozen yogurt pops with fruit, or vegan coconut milk-based pops, or an easy frozen cordial pop.<\/p>\n<p>With treats like these, you\u2019ll be hankering for the next heat wave.
